A few weeks ago we attended the last big show of the year, the Danish Kennel Club Winter Wonder Show in Herning. Our big boy Krondal’s T-Rex “Hondo” was entered in champion class and did us very proud by winning Best Male and BOB out of 25 entries. He thereby achieved the title Danish Winner 2023.
As a result of Hondo’s show achievements this year, he is Danish Kennel Club Breed Winner 2023, being the DdB with the most points in Danish Kennel Club shows in 2023.
Our daughter Selma competed in juniorhandling at the Danish Kennel Club Winter Wonder Show, and although she did a good job, she wasn’t picked for the finals this time. Once again, she showed the wonderful american akita Senseo Supernova and we are so thankful to Kennel Senseo for this opportunity for Selma – they are such a great team!
Selma is qualified for next year’s Show Of Winners in February and will be competing in juniorhandling at the show. Each juniorhandler must bring two dogs for the competition (they will compete in three rounds), so we are considering which dog to bring beside Nova, but haven’t decided yet… ;o)
