This weekend we attended the International Dog Show in Fredericia.
Krondal’s T-Rex “Hondo” was entered in champion class and did a very good job, winning Best Male and Best of Breed. He thereby achieved the last CACIB needed and can now add the title INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION to his list of show resultat. ;o) To make the result even better, the judge in Fredericia who awarded Hondo his last CACIB was the breed specialist Madame Sylvaine Tompousky, who is present vice-president (former president) for the French Dogue de Bordeaux Club, and it’s always a special feeling to win under a breed specialist judge.
Our daughter Selma competed in juniorhandling both days in Fredericia. She also did very well this weekend, being shortlisted as the final 6 in the mini-group one day, and being among the final 4 in the mini-group the second day, thereby going to the finals. So certainly something to be proud of, as the field of skilled juniorhandlers in Denmark these days is quite big.
